HELP – Digital Camera and Rechargable Batteries?
I purchased a Pentax Optio E10 along with a battery recharge pack which came with 4 AA recahragable batteries. After following the instructions of the recharge pack to fully charge the provided AA batteries, i plugged them into the digitial camera. Nothing happened. I reinserted my dying non-rechargable Duracell Ultra within the camera and it worked fine.
I think the problem has to do with the mA and voltage rating of the provided rechargable battery. Can someone tell me the min’m specs i should look for when purchasing AA and AAA recharagble batteries for my Digital Camera?

I forgot to mention the rechargeables i pruchased were 1800mA and 1.2v (i believe). Definitely values less than the plain old Duracell Ultra.
suggest checking out EverReady or Duracell rechargable Lithium Ion cells.
Since you need AA size, they are available in 2500mah capacity .
this is more than enough capacity and should last for quite awhile
have used the same cells with Sony digital camera and they work better than the origionals.
