Atkins or Raw Food Diet?Which do you think is better?
Which one do you think will make me loose weight faster?
I can make them lifestyles doesn’t really matter.
I weight 160 pounds want to be 110 but July.
One can lose weight on either diet, but in terms of healthfully losing weight, the raw food diet is the best bet.
The atkins diet promotes excessive intake of highly toxic foods for the body (cooked meats, dairy, etc.). While it’s possible to lose weight on this diet, the long term health affects are dismal. Eating meat increases your risk of various types of cancer, including colon cancer; heart disease; constipation; and a myriad of other illnesses and disorders.
The raw food vegan diet, however, is an exceptional, natural, and healthy diet that does not focus on counting calories or even restricting food. Raw foods maintain all of the healthy enzymes and vitamins necessary to heal your body and cleanse it. Raw foods prevent disease, where as cooked foods cause it.
Many people have enjoyed tremendous weight loss from eating an all raw vegan diet. And exercising only increases this weight loss.
Focus on lots of health greens, juicy fruits, and skin smoothing fats.
