When is the best time?
I just bought the BSN dessert protein shake but it does not say when would be the best time to take it? I know it is for a snack purpose if you get hungry so you wont take it everyday, but i was wondering if there is a certain part of the day that would be best to take it if i do need a snack?

not very sure about this product. it should normally comes with instruction. may be you can give me more details on what it stated on its label and i can help you figure out, or else you can always call them up.
but if it is a supplement thing for getting hungry, it could be a low calorie snack/shake. if so, just take it whenever you feel hungry or you feel like having a snack. it should have lower calorie than normally chips or chocolate snack. check how much calories there is.
